First established in Podgorica 2007, the company was renamed into SYSTEM SECURITY Ltd on 9 December 2010. Thw owners of the company successfully transmitted their 20-year experience and knowledge obtained in state securitystrucrures to all employees in SYSTEM SECURITY.

Within its basic sphere of work, SYSTEM SECURITY is specialized in providing serveces of:

• Guard alarm and video security system
• Fire prevention system
• Money and valuable objects in transport security
• Warning and alarm monitoring system
• Public rallies security protection, as well as
• Security protection of specific and important persons

The company currently hires 236 persons depoyed in 21 towns, which meansthat is covers, in full, the security needs throughout the whole of Montenegro.

Apart from its basic sphere of work, SYSTEM SECURITY also provides its users with the following:

• Non – core services (cleaning, business and private building maintenance, as well as court – yards arranging)
• Fire department services
• Fire extinguisher maintenance
• Installation of video and alarm systems

Due to a various network of secured facilities, the company has established 3 Regional Centres:

• Central Regional Centre
• South Regional Centre
• North Regional Centre

All Operational Centres are equipped with remote alarm system; burglary prevention system and remote fire prevention system, providing security monitoring with 24 – hours response. In Podgorica, remote video systems have been installed on two locations, from where all facilities in the territory of Montenegro, as well as all teams with money in transport are conrtolled via the GPRS.

Standards:

An average age of all SYSTEM SECURITY personnel is 26, which makes the company one of a kind in Montenegro.

An applicant for security guard in SYSTEM SECURITY LTD is required to meet a minimum of requirements prescribed by law, necessary for conducting the activities from within a basic sphere of work of the company. They include:

• Age up – to 30
• Communicative skills
• Work under pressure
• At least high school diploma (IV level)
• Basic Training Course in PC skills
• Basic Language Course in English

Within SYSTEM SECURITY Ltd, there is a Diplomatic Protection Team (DPT) established as an organizational unit for the purpose of performing activities exclusively residences, as well as apartments of diplomatic missions' representatives.
All of Diplomatic Protection Team (DPT) personnel have been briefed on the provisions of Protocol on Diplomatic Relations, Vienna Convention on Diplomatic Relations (VCDR) and Vienna Convention on Consular Relations (VCCR), primarilz relating to:

• Titles in diplomatic missions and styles of Consulates
• Privileges and immunities
• Vehicles used by Embassies and Consulates
• Reception and cocktail – party security
• Procedure in case of an incidental situation
• Embassies and Consulates' Security and Protection
• Elements of providing a good protection and security to missions and their personnel

Also, it is very important to point out that a part of SYSTEM SECURITY personnel completed its training programme on the topic: “Procedure related to Diplomatic personnel”.
